Inclusive, progressive yoga & pilates

My aim is to teach you a sustainable, progressive and long-term practice. One that you can flex up and down as needed keeping you strong, steady and adaptable to life’s highs and lows.

My philosophy: Slow down, charge up

Most of us come to yoga and pilates to take a moment for ourselves, become more mindful, and build a healthy and resilient body.

To get out of our heads and into our bodies.

That’s why I design classes with a balance of fast and slow, work & rest.

Some heat and pace: a chance to get out of your head and into your body and burn off some steam, so you can transition into a slower & more mindful way of being.

By the end of class, you’ll have caught up to yourself, feeling charged up and ready to meet whatever life brings you next.

What are my classes like?

My yoga classes are energetic and asana-focussed with a down-to-earth atmosphere. You’ll enjoy detailed cueing and a slow pace that is both challenging and soothing.

In class we don’t shy away from hard work, understanding that this is the key to progress, building more strength, mobility and awareness over time.

Students say they find my classes to be challenging, grounding, energising and inclusive.

My reformer pilates classes follow the same philosophy, using specially selected pilates exercises for a full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong and delightfully stretched out. It’s mindful movement, enhanced by some extra resistance.
