My aim is to teach you a sustainable, progressive and long-term practice. One that you can flex up and down as needed - your steady companion keeping you strong, steady and adaptable to life’s inevitable highs and lows.
My philosophy: Slow down, charge up
Most of us come to yoga and pilates to take a moment for ourselves, become more mindful, and build a healthy and resilient body.
That’s why I design classes with some heat and pace: a chance to get out of your head and into your body and burn off some steam. By the end of class, you’ll have caught up to yourself, and you’ll find yourself feeling charged up and ready to tackle whatever life brings you next.
What are my classes like?
My yoga classes are energetic and asana-focussed with a down-to-earth atmosphere. You’ll enjoy detailed cueing and a slow pace that is both deeply soothing and challenging.
Students say they find my classes to be challenging, grounding, energising, adaptable, and judgement-free.
My reformer pilates classes follow the same philosophy, using specially selected pilates exercises for a full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong and delightfully stretched out. It’s mindful movement, enhanced by some extra resistance.
